The Gametime Stars facility is proud to offer Live At-Bats (LAB)—a structured, game-speed hitting environment where players put in purposeful work, just like they would in a lab.
LAB provides hitters the opportunity to face real, live pitching in controlled, competitive at-bats designed to replicate true in-game situations. This program bridges the gap between cage work and competition, allowing athletes to test timing, pitch recognition, approach, and in-box confidence against live arms.
Each LAB session emphasizes intentional reps, quality decision-making, and performance under game-speed conditions. Hitters will see varying pitch speeds and movement, preparing them for real competition while building consistency and confidence at the plate.
Live At-Bats (LAB) is ideal for players preparing for upcoming games, seeking to improve performance against live pitching, or needing meaningful reps beyond standard cage work. LAB is open to both Gametime Stars and non-Gametime Stars athletes and is best suited for players ready for game-speed competition.
