At the Gametime Stars Player Benchmarking Event, athletes undergo a structured analytics session designed to measure exactly where they stand. Using advanced technology like HitTrax and Rapsodo, players will capture key metrics such as:
Offensive - Centered around Exit Velocity and Bat Speed, with additional metrics capturing launch angle, and contact quality.
Pitching - Built on Velocity, alongside detailed tracking of spin rate, movement profile, and command.
Catching - Highlighted by Pop Time, our catching evaluation also includes a range of supporting metrics that provide a complete breakdown of throwing performance.
Strength, Speed & Agility - A variety of metrics. Key athletic indicators of vertical jump, overhand throwing velocity, plus lots more.
Athletes leave with detailed analytics that help track progress, identify areas for improvement, and compare against their peers. This is a critical step in our development process: Test → Assess → Train → Encourage → Test.
This event is open to all players from any organization
